Neteller VIP terms. Buying Bitcoin & other cryptocurrencies?

All cryptocurrency transactions will count as transfer volume on your account and contribute towards the threshold required to improve or maintain your VIP status.

The transfer volume required to achieve a certain level has not changed in general. The only change we are notifying you about is the fact that when you purchase cryptocurrencies with your Neteller account such as buying Bitcoin with Neteller, this purchase will now count as transfer volume in addition to regular transfers to merchants.

For example, to achieve Silver VIP, you need to transfer at least $15,000 in a quarter to guarantee your Silver VIP period for the current and the next year.

To clearly explain, lets take the following example:

1. In November 2022, you sign up to Neteller and transfer $15,500 to various sportsbooks and casinos such as Smarkets, Titan Casino, Leo Vegas etc. Your Neteller account would then be upgraded to Silver VIP and you will have guaranteed the Silver VIP status until 31st March 2023.

2. In December 2022, you buy $40,000 BTC (Bitcoin) with Neteller. Your total transfer volume would now be $55,500 ($15,500 to sportsbooks/casinos + $40,000 BTC purchase). Your Neteller account would now be upgraded to Gold VIP status and you would have guaranteed your Gold VIP period for the current quarter and next quarter.

3. The key difference which has been implemented by Neteller is that previously, the $40,000 BTC purchase would NOT have counted towards your total transfer volume and you would therefore remain Silver VIP and have a total transfer volume of $15,500 counting towards your VIP level whereas with the new terms implemented, it will count, and you will be upgraded to the next VIP level.

Which transfers contribute to Neteller VIP transfers?

• Transfers to merchants such as depositing to bookmakers, casinos, poker sites, forex sites etc
• Buying all cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum

Which transfers do not contribute to Neteller VIP volume?

• P2P transfers – transfers from one Neteller account to another Neteller account
• Deposits into your Neteller account from your bank account, Visa etc
• Withdrawals from your Neteller account to your bank account, card etc
• Purchases made using your prepaid Mastercard
